Beautiful Bookmark Art

Dunedin Public Libraries are excited to share some treasures found in their archives from the collected papers of A. H. Reed.

A small selection of beautifully stitched bookmarks are on display in the Heritage Collections on the 3rd Floor of the City Library. Not everything in their collection is books, or even paper!

And of course, you can see the 1983 artwork stitched by Otago Embroiderers’ Guild members to celebrate 20 years.

All visitors are welcome to the ANZEG (Embroiderers’ Guild) conference in Dunedin this week.
