It's a beautiful mystery

Two stunning photos of a local man mailed to a Dunedin art gallery with a handwritten note and a polite request - "Please give one of the photos to the man in picture and sell the other copy and give the man the money too."

The photo's subject was snapped outside a dairy where he was asking for change.

Pea Sea Art Gallery in Port Chalmers is keen to make good on the request.
