Go Thy Way After Refreshed

Posted: Tuesday Apr 28, 2020

When trapped by the memories of distress,
When prevailed by complaints and hatreds,
Don’t go thy way yet.

When thy being is in the mud
Of desire unattained,
When thy night is sleepless
Without the moon of love,
Don’t go thy way yet.

When thou are freed from bitter memories,
When joy springs from inside spontaneously,
When complaints and hatreds are asleep like dry weeds,
Fasten the shoestring and
Prepare to go thy way.

When all wants of life disappear just like a wind,
When pure love, just like a morning glow,
Rises up apart from desire,

With a pair of shoes and a cane
When feeling light like a bird,
When sheltered by the refreshing spirit
Of innocent heaven,

Thou, go the own way.
