Do you know someone who has made an outstanding contribution to children’s literature and literacy? Now is your chance to honour them!
The Storylines Betty Gilderdale Award celebrates the remarkable legacy of Betty Gilderdale, a lifelong advocate and supporter of children’s literature through her academic research, work as a reviewer, and 30 years of committee service to Auckland’s Children’s Literature Association. Before 2000, this award was known as the Children’s Literature Association’s Award for Services to Children’s Literature.
